The SQV32C Series from Suntsu are CMOS VCXOs that operate from 8 to 1500 MHz. They have a frequency stability of ±20ppm with a pullability from ±50 to ±150 ppm and linearity of up to 10%. The oscillators have a rise/fall time of less than 3 ns and a start-up time of under 10 ms. They require a supply voltage of 2.5/3.3 V and consume up to 45 mA of current. The SQV32C Series VCXOs are available in ceramic 6-pad surface-mount, tape and reel package that measure 3.2 x 2.5 mm and are suitable for use in micro-processors, FPGA, storage area/networking, digital video, and portable computers.
