The V15VNA2 Series of VNA frequency extenders can be used to expand existing Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) capabilities to a frequency from 50 to 75 GHz (WR15). These frequency extension modules connect to existing test ports of a VNA with an RF frequency from 12.5 to 18.8 GHz and leverage the inherent microwave network analyzer performance and features to display two-port S-parameters: S11, S21, S12, and S22 for frequencies up to 75 GHz. The extenders have a WR-15 waveguide interface, have a dynamic range of up to 105 dB and provide an output power of up to 8 dBm.
