The STO-03203N05-T-E1 from Eravant is a Vector Network Analyzer (VNA) Frequency Extender that operates in the J-Band from 220 to 330 GHz. It supports input frequencies from 9.1 to 13.75 GHz and integrates a Tx/Ref pair that has been designed to achieve full 1-port, S-parameter testing over the operating (extended) frequency range. This frequency extender is compatible with modern VNAs such as Rohde & Schwarz ZNA, Anritsu VectorStar, Keysight PNA-X Series, and Copper Mountain Technologies’ CobaltFx. It provides a dynamic range of up to 100 dB and can be used to measure one-path transmission (S21 or S12) through the Device Under Test (DUT).

The STO-03203N05-T-E1 is available in a module that measures 5.00 x 3.75 x 1.90 inches with SMA (female) connectors and WR-03 waveguide test interface (also provided with UG-387/U-M anti-cocking flange). It is ideal for use in OTA measurements, VNA frequency extension, and test lab instrumentation applications. This extender requires an AC supply from 100 V to 240 V.
