The WR5.1-VNAX from Virginia Diodes is a Vector Network Analyzer Extender the extends VNA operation upto 220 GHz. The frequency extender has a dynamic range of 120 dB, directivity of 30 dB, magnitude stability of 0.25 dB and phase stability of 4 degrees. It can provide an output power at the test port of up to -1 dBm and has a WR-5.1 waveguide interface. VDI can customize the input frequency based on a customers requirement.
