The E5080B ENA Series are 2/4 Port Benchtop Vector Network Analyzers that operate from 9 kHz to 4.5/6.5/9/14/20 GHz. These analyzers combine built-in pulse generators and modulators, spectrum analysis, and time domain analysis in a single instrument to save time by fully characterizing modern devices without the need for additional test hardware. They have a dynamic range of 152 dB, fast measurement speed of 2 ms (201 points) and low trace noise 0.0005 dBrms. The analyzers have an intuitive touch-based GUI with large, high-resolution 12.1" screen and a wide source power range from –90 to +15 dBm.
