The TR1300/1 from Copper Mountain Technologies is a 2-Port lab-grade vector network analyzer that operates from 300 kHz to 1.3 GHz. This compact computer controlled VNA has a dynamic range of 130 dB and can measure up to 100,001 measurement points. It includes an RF measurement module and TR software application which runs on Windows or Linux operating system on a PC, laptop, tablet, or x86 board computer connecting to the measurement hardware via USB interface. TR software can be installed on multiple computers, making it easy to share the use of the analyzer measurement module.
The TR1300/1 VNA can be used for a wide range of applications including RF component design and testing, on-wafer probing, field testing, insertion loss measurement, distance to fault measurements, antenna matching, quality control, material measurements, and many others.
