The Waveguide VNA Calibration Kits from Maury Microwave can be used at frequencies up to 50 GHz. Calibration of VNAs are extremely important to accurately determine one-port and two-port network characteristics of RF and microwave devices. Maury Microwave has developed a comprehensive line of waveguide VNA calibration kits that are available with WR284, WR229, WR 187, WR159, WR137, WR112, WR90, WR75, WR62, WR51, WR42, WR34, WR28, and WR22 waveguides.
The Waveguide VNA Calibration Kits are available in two variants: CK10/12 and CK30/32 calibration kits. The CK10/12 is configured for performing one-port SSL (Short-Short-Load) calibrations and measuring VSWR/return loss, or full two-port SSLT (Short-Short-Load-Thru) calibrations to perform forward and reverse transmission and reflection measurements. The CK30/32 is configured for use in performing full two-port TRL (Thru-Reflect-Line) and SSLT (Short-Short-Load- Thru) calibrations. The CK30/32 can also be used to perform Offset Load calibrations on VNAs that support that calibration method.
