The CVCO33CC-4000-4000 from Crystek Microwave is a Voltage Controlled Oscillator with a frequency of 4000 MHz and a tuning frequency of 6 MHz/V ( 0 to 3.3 V). The VCO delivers an output power of up to 3 dBm with a phase noise of -120 dBc/Hz at offset of 1 MHz. The oscillator has peak-to-peak frequency pulling of up to 5 MHz, and pushing of up to 1 MHz/V. It requires a DC supply of 3.3 V and consumes less than 20 mA of current.
