The DCYS10002000-5 from Synergy Microwave is a Voltage Controlled Oscillator that operates from 10 to 20 GHz. It delivers more than -4 dB of output power and has a typical phase noise of -90 dBc/Hz at 100 kHz offset. The VCO has a tuning voltage range from 0.5 to 12 VDC with a sensitivity of 300 to 1700 MHz/V. It has sub-harmonics of 7 dB and requires a bias voltage of +5.5 V. The oscillator is based on lead-free patented REL-PRO® technology and is available in a surface-mount package that measures 0.465 x 0.465 x 0.180 inches.
