The TDVCO015 from Teledyne e2V Hirel Electronics is an InGaP Voltage Controlled Oscillator (VCO) MMIC with a frequency range of 13.32 to 15.20 GHz. It provides an output power of +10 dBm with a phase noise of -115 dBc/Hz. This Heterojunction Bipolar Transistor (HBT) VCO has a monolithic structure and integrates resonators, negative resistance devices, and varactor diodes. It offers excellent phase noise performance over temperature, shock, and process. The VCO is available in a hermetically-sealed surface-mount package that measures 5 x 5 mm and requires a DC supply of +5 V. It is ideal for use in military end-use, test equipment, industrial controls, point-to-point/multi-point radio, and SATCOM applications.
