The 900 Series of PIN Diode or MMIC Attenuators from Mi-Wave are SPST reflective attenuators that combine low loss, high isolation performance in a compact package. They provide attenuation of up to 60 dB and have control input from 0 to +10 VDC. These attenuators are supplied without drivers and have a VSWR of 1.5:1. The 900 series is available in a module with coaxial connectors and is suitable for applications such as waveshaping, amplitude modulation, signal switching, and receiver protection.
