The 102637D from EM Design is a 4-port Waveguide Circulator that operates at a center frequency of 2.998 GHz. This high power circulator can be optimized for various other frequencies including 2.856 GHz. This S-band circulator can handle an average power of 70 KW and peak power of 15 MW.
