The HMC Series from HXI is Waveguide Circulators that operate from 26.5 to 110 GHz. They utilize a low loss H-plane structure in a modified Y-junction format to provide a loss of less than 1 dB with the isolation of over 16 dB. The circulators can handle forward power of up to 2 watts and reverse power of up to 1.5 watts. These circulators are commonly employed as signal duplexers for transceivers having a single antenna. The in-line port orientation makes the mechanical interface more convenient than standard Y-junction types. They have access pockets on the top and bottom allow for blind flange mating. These circulators are available in a module with various waveguide size options and are ideal for use in ferrite duplexers, amplifier stages, general RF matching, and mismatch buffers.
