The HC065F from Micro Harmonics is a Hybrid Circulator that operates from 110 to 170 GHz. It has an insertion loss of 1.2 dB and provides an isolation of more than 17 dB. This circulator can handle an input power of up to 3 W and has a VSWR of 1.40:1. It is based on a patent-pending design and combines an orthomode transducer with a Faraday rotator to achieve the bandwidth of the full waveguide band. This hybrid circulator can resist stray magnetic fields and includes a diamond-based heat sink for thermal management. It is available in a module that measures 1.760 x 0.750 inches and has WR-6.5 anti-cocking waveguide flanges.
