The HC122 from Micro Harmonics is an Asymmetric Hybrid Waveguide Circulator that operates from 70 to 86 GHz. It can handle an input power of up to 2.7 W and provides an isolation of 24 dB. This circulator can cover 24% fractional bandwidths and has an insertion loss of less than 1.3 dB. It combines an orthomode transducer and a Faraday rotator to achieve triple the bandwidth of traditional Y-junction designs. It resists stray magnetic fields and is tested on a vector network analyzer to ensure correct operation. This circulator is available in a module that measures 1.92 x 1.00 inches with WR-12 anti-cocking waveguide flanges and is ideal for millimeter wave transmit/receive applications.
