The CXT Series from Crenexwave are pin diode switches that operate from DC to 110 GHz. They are available in multiple configurations from SPST to SP10T. The switches provide an isolation of over 50 dB with an insertion loss of 1.2 to 3 dB. The switches can handle up to 30 dBm of power and have a switching speed of below 250 ns. These switches are available in a module and are ideal for wave shaping, duplexing, pulse modulation and signal switching. Various driver options are available. These switches can also be supplied without drivers. Both terminated and absorbtive switches are available.
