The BLP2084 from CPI is an X-band SPDT Switch that operates from 9.2 to 9.8 GHz. It has an insertion loss of less than 1 dB and provides isolation of 40 dB. The switch can handle peak powers of up to 3000 W and has a VSWR of less than 1.5:1. It has a switching speed of up to 30 µSec with a switching rate of 3 kHz and has a pulse width of 40 µSec. The switch has a harmonic rejection of 50 dBc and a channel-channel phase difference of 30 degrees. It requires a DC supply from -100 to +15 V and consumes up to 600 mA of current.
