The CP4-63256030-02 from Ducommun is a SP4T, reflective PIN diode switch that operates from 50 to 75 GHz in the V band. It has an insertion loss of under 9 dB and provides an isolation of more than 30 dB. The switch can handle a power of up to 23 dBm and has a switching speed of less than 200 ns. It has a TTL compatible driver and is activated by a TTL signal applied to the control connector. The switch is available in a compact 1.7” x 1.4” x 1.02” gold-plated package and is ideal for telecommunication, wireless 5G technology, test instrumentation and WiGig application development.
