The FMSW9004 from Fairview Microwave is a WR-10 Waveguide PIN Diode SPDT Switch that operates from 75 to 110 GHz. The switch has an insertion loss of under 5.5 dB, isolation of 20 dB and a switching speed of 300 ns. It has an integrated TTL-compatible driver circuitry for accurate logic control and requires +5/-5 Voltages for control. The switch uses solder terminals and SMA female control connector and a WR-10 Round Cover with a UG-387/U Flange.
