The AIROC™ CYW89550 from Infineon Technologies is a 2.4/5/6 GHz Wi-Fi 6/6E and Bluetooth 5.4 Combo Module for automotive applications. It supports single-stream, dual-band/tri-band IEEE 802.11ax-compliant Wi-Fi 6/6E operation and Bluetooth/Bluetooth (LE) 5.4 with LE-Audio. This module has integrated power amplifiers (PA), low-noise amplifiers (LNA), PMU and a shared Wi-Fi/Bluetooth antenna. It supports 1x1 SISO Wi-Fi capability and Bluetooth LE-audio Unicast and Auracast Bluetooth feature. This module is available in a WLBGA-143 package and can be controlled via UART (Bluetooth) and SDIO (Wi-Fi) interfaces.
