ECS-2520MVLC Image

The ECS-2520MVLC from ECS International is a miniature SMD MultiVolt Low Current CMOS Oscillator that operates from 1 to 75 MHz. It provides a CMOS output waveform with a frequency stability of up to ±50 ppm over an operating temperature from -40°C to 85°C and a low phase jitter of 150 fS (femtoseconds) from 12 kHz to 20 MHz. The crystal oscillator has a rise/fall time of less than 7 ns and a start-up time of under 5 ms. It requires a supply voltage from 1.6 to 3.6 V and has standby current consumption of less than 10 μA. This RoHS-compliant oscillator is available in a surface-mount ceramic package that measures 2.5 x 2.0 x 0.8 mm and is ideal for LoRaWAN, low power/portable, industrial, and IoT applications.
