QTCC356 Series Image

The QTCC356 Series from Q-Tech Corporation are Quartz Crystal Oscillators that operate from 25 to 250 MHz. They provide LVDS and LVPECL logic output waveforms with a frequency stability of ±100 ppm. These oscillators have a start-up time of less than 10 ms and a rise/fall time of better than 600 ps. They require a DC supply of 1.8/2.5/3.3 V and consume less than 75 mA of current. These oscillators are available in ceramic hermetically-sealed surface-mount packages that measure 3.2 x 5.0 x 1.2 mm with an option for military screening tests per MIL-PRF-55310. They are ideal for use in fiber channels, instrumentation, navigation, avionics, Ethernet/SynchE, SONET, and microprocessor clocks applications.
