Si545 Image

The Si545 from Silicon Labs is a crystal oscillator that provides an ultra-low jitter, low phase noise clock at an output frequency from 0.2 to 1500 MHz. The device has a less than 1 ppb resolution and has excellent power supply noise rejection due to on-chip power supply filtering. The XO has a phase jitter of only 80 fs (femtoseconds) for optical networking, 100G+ optical modules, broadband, data center, broadcast video, test and measurement, mil/aero and FPGA applications. It is available in a small, industry-standard 3.2 x 5 mm package. Specific configurations are factory-programmed at time of shipment, eliminating the long lead times associated with custom oscillators. Silicon Labs ships custom frequency samples 1-2 weeks after receipt of order.
