The SiT9045 from SiTime is a MEMS based spread spectrum oscillator (SSXO) that operates from 1 to 150 MHz. This SSXO has ultra-low acceleration sensitivity at 0.1 ppb/g and can operate at high temperatures up to 125°C. It has a frequency stability from ±20 ppm to ±50 ppm and provides an LVCMOS output waveform while operating from a supply voltage of 1.8/2.5 to 3.3 V. This device reduces EMI (up to 30 dB) by offering two techniques: spread spectrum clocking and rise/fall time adjustment of the clock signal, ensuring emissions compliance with maximum flexibility and minimum engineering effort.

The SiT9045 is available in three industry-standard packages: 2.0 x 1.6 mm2, 2.5 x 2.0 mm2, 3.2 x 2.5 mm2 and is ideal for high-reliability aerospace and defense applications. It conforms to MIL-PRF-55310, MIL-STD-883, and AEC-Q100 specifications.
