The SiT9501 from SiTime is an ultra-low jitter Differential MEMS Oscillator with 14 standard networking output frequencies from 25 MHz to 644.53125 MHz. It has frequency stability of up to ±20 ppm over an operating temperature range from -40 to +105 °C and LVPECL, LVDS, HCSL, Low-power HCSL, and FlexSwing signaling options. The XO has an RMS phase jitter of 70 fs (femtoseconds), an RMS period jitter of 1 ps, and a spurious phase noise of -110 dBc. It has a startup time of less than 5 ms, a rise/fall time of 170 ps, and a duty cycle of 45-55%.

The SiT9501 can be factory programmed for specific frequency combinations, stability, voltage, output signaling, and pin 1 functionality. It is available in a 6-pin surface mount package that measures 2.0 x 1.6 mm and is suitable for applications such as 400G/800G network equipment, optical modules, coherent optics, network switches/routers, data converters, and industrial networking equipment.
