What is AiP?

In 5G mmWave RF module, the antenna must be close to the beamforming circuit as much as possible to reduce the path losses, and AiP can solve the problem.  To achieve the Internet of anything, AiP is what we need.

Application 1: 5G NR

AiP Technology is essential for all 5G mmWave smartphones, base station, and CPEs. For the base station, each macro/small cell will use 12/4 mmWave AiP unit modules.

Application 2: LEO

Spectrums cover Ka/K/Ku bands in mmWave bands. AiP technology is also necessary for satellite and ground terminals
