Industry’s First UWB Bondable SOI SPDT: Die on Carrier ADRF5424

Analog Devices offers a wide range of high performance RF Switches and Digital Step Attenuators products in a variety of packages. This video introduces ADI's Die on Carrier: a wire-bondable solution for using ultrawideband SOI dies in chip and wire assemblies. The first product in this Die on Carrier family of RF Switches and Attenuators is the ADRF5424, a 100MHz to 60GHz reflective SPDT switch, manufactured in SOI process and attached on a GaAs carrier substrate. The GaAs die is back metallized and incorporates bond pads.
