1.7kW Amplifier and 4-Channel Driver for 27 MHz RF Energy Applications

Meet the latest additions to Mini-Circuits’ RF & microwave energy amplifier portfolio, the RFE-24M30M1K7X+ and RFE-24M30M075X+. These solid-state power amplifiers are designed to work together, bringing a new level of performance and ease of use to high-power systems for a wide range of industrial, scientific, medical and semiconductor applications in the 27 MHz bands. The amplifiers may be configured to deliver up to 1.7 kW power to 4 different targets, or combined to act as a single, 6 kW source for higher power applications.
