ART LDMOS is a series of products from our (A)dvanced (R)ugged (T)echnology, specifically engineered for high VSWR mismatch and extended power cycles in industrial applications. The ART family elevates the drain-source breakdown to an industry-leading minimum of 177 V, while the devices internally stabilized to support high gain and high power under extreme VSWR mismatch up to 65:1, and supports a high number of high number of power cycles in industrial applications. The ART700 is an LDMOS product which compliments the release of ART products at 1600 and 2000 W with a 700 W power-class device.
