IMS 2013 MicroApps - Class F Power Amplifier Design

This presentation highlights a Cree Class F PA reference design using a GaN HEMT device, and shows a complete analysis of the design using AWR's harmonic balance simulator and AXIEM® 3D planar EM simulator for the large tuning structures, as well as AWR's Circuit Envelope technology for full system level analysis.
