Webinar Overview
We’re surrounded by radio signals that we depend on for our day-to-day lives and, in some cases, for our very safety. For the most part, the spectrum is well managed and maintained by respective transmitters, but there will always be sources of interference lurking, ready to disrupt normal communications. Sometimes the sources are inadvertent, and other times they’re nefarious. Regardless, it takes the right training and – just as important – the right tools to track down interference and snuff it out.
This 60-minute Webinar discusses a wide variety of interferers and the need for state-of-the-art tools to help track, identify, and locate their sources. It’s appropriate for engineers and technicians with responsibility for maintaining the fidelity of over-the-air radio transmissions, in any frequency range.
Topics covered include:
- The importance of spectrum fidelity
- Common sources of interference and how to identify them
- Methods for tracking, identifying, and locating interference
- Information on tools available for hunting interference
An audience Q&A follows the technical presentation.
