The DRS SATCOM On The Move (SOTM) terminal provides high data rates to mobile platforms connecting to the Global Information Grid. It is available in WGS certified X-Band, Ku-Band, and both government or commercial Ka-Bands. The Wideband Communications On The Move Terminal is ideal for providing voice, data, and video to military forces on the move with mobile command and control (C2) requirements. The wideband beyond line of sight capability is ideal for both land and maritime applications. The DRS SATCOM On The Move (SOTM) terminal is qualified for Mounted Battle Command On The Move (MBCOTM) applications meeting military vehicle power, size, and weight requirements while providing a fully certified MIL-STD-810 and MIL-STD-461 SATCOM terminal.
