IEEE 802.11be/Wi-Fi 7 Signal Analysis Using Keysight X-Series Measurement Application
IEEE 802.11be/Wi-Fi 7 is the next generation WLAN building on 802.11ax/Wi-Fi 6 but it increases the throughput at lease of 30 Gbps and supports the frequency operation in 2.4 GHz, 5 GHz and 6 GHz bands. Although this new standard is still in the draft phase and is targeted completion in 2024, some chipsets, modules and transmitter customers are already working on its research and testing of their devices. In this video, we will introduce you to the new IEEE 802.11be standards technologies and challenges such as 320 MHz Bandwidth, 4096 QAM, Enhanced OFDMA, and more spatial streams. Then there are three demo videos showing the different WLAN 802.11be signal generation and analysis 1) 802.11be EHT-PPDU with 320 MHz and 4096QAM 2) 802.11be EHT-Trigger-Based PPDU 3) 802.11be 2x2 MIMO.
