This webinar features the ADALM-PLUTO Active Learning Module (PlutoSDR) – an easy to use tool available from Analog Devices that can be used to introduce fundamentals of Software Defined Radio (SDR), Radio Frequency (RF) or Communications as advanced topics in electrical engineering in a self or instructor lead setting. The PlutoSDR allows students to better understand the real world RF around them, and is applicable for all students, at all levels, from all backgrounds.

Robin has been with ADI for 15 years and is the engineering manager for ADI's Global Alliances organization, where he works creating HDL interfaces and device drivers for ADI's mixed-signal IC products. He has spent 20 years in the semiconductor industry, and held positions ranging from factory applications engineer to field applications engineer to engineering manager. He has worked on a variety of systems in the analog, digital, and software domains and with large direct customers and smaller customers served by distribution. Robin holds four patents and a BSc (EE) from the University of Saskatchewan.
