The signal analyzer is a fundamental tool for those working on RF. To get the most from your signal analyzer, it is important to understand the most common spectrum measurements, key signal analysis parameters and specifications—and why they matter. During this one hour webcast, we will also discuss swept-tuned and FFT receiver techniques, along with optimization of spectral search techniques, including RBW, VBW and dynamic range criteria, for the most accurate measurements. We will then dive into real life examples of measurement challenges associated with the RF signal chain.

Xiao-Wei has 10 years of experience working in the measurement science of the spectrum analyzers.
She started her career at Agilent Technologies in 2005, as a customer education engineer. Since 2008, she became a product manager of RF instruments, covering both signal generator and spectrum analyzer. Xiao-Wei received a Bachelor degree of communication engineering at Sichuan University, China in 2001.
