Dan Clement is currently a customer facing RF/IoT applications engineer working for the Wireless Connectivity Solutions group at ON Semiconductor. Mr. Clement works on all aspects of support for our wireless product lines including RF, hardware, firmware, software, technical marketing, sales force support and training, and personnel management and mentoring.

Mr. Clement started in the semiconductor industry over ten years ago. He has worked in multiple roles with progressively increasing responsibilities in all areas of semiconductor product development.

Mr. Clement also served as the divisional ESD lead for several years. He was responsible for ESD reviews, ESD designs, qualification for new products, and working with other departments to better optimize ESD protection and testing solutions. Mr. Clement also joined the working groups in the ESDA and contributed to ESD standards development.

Pavan Mulabagal
Director, IoT Strategy and Marketing

Pavan Mulabagal is part of the IoT strategy and marketing team at ON Semiconductor. In this role, he’s responsible for driving IoT initiatives, customer and partner engagements, and evangelizing ON Semiconductor’s IoT products including sensors, connectivity solutions, actuators and platform solutions. His experience spans business strategy, product development, product management, marketing and leading global teams at Fortune 100 companies and startups. During his eighteen plus years in the high-tech industry, Pavan has launched a number of wearable, mobile, consumer and networking products. Pavan holds an MBA from Haas School of business, Berkeley and a BSEE from the Indian Institute of Technology.
