Scope Test Automation – BenchVue TestFlow

When validating products for quality assurance (QA) in the lab or on manufacturing lines, speed and ease of test are critical. In this webcast, you will learn the basic software tools required to fully automate test sequences on Keysight InfiniiVision X-Series oscilloscopes. We will first cover traditional, remote programming methods via Standard Commands for Programmable Instruments (SCPI). Also learn about Keysight’s latest automation productivity tool, Test Flow, a new test capability added to the BenchVue graphical programming interface. Both test automation methods are intuitive and compatible across the InfiniiVision X-Series oscilloscopes.
