IEEE’s 32nd International Symposium on Power Semiconductor Devices and ICs (ISPSD) is set to take place in Vienna, Austria. It is the premier event for technical discussion in all areas of power semiconductor devices, power integrated circuits, their hybrid technologies, and applications. With an annual attendance of about 500 engineers, scientists and students, ISPSD has become the must-go event in power semiconductors. It is an international conference, rotating on a four-year cycle amongst Europe, North America, Japan and Other regions.
