Marki Microwave is showcasing its diverse portfolio of latest RF/Microwave products at the virtual IMS 2020 event. IMS 2020 was scheduled to take place physically in June, however, due to the COVID-19 pandemic is being held virtually. Marki Microwave is featuring two interesting products at their booth - A broadband MMIC Coupler and a GaAs MMIC Power Divider.
Broadband 2 to 22 GHz MMIC Coupler in Small SMT Package
The new MC16-0222SM directional coupler provides a convenient, small, and extremely broadband solution for power detection and other applications that utilize coupled signals. Packaged in a small 4x4 mm QFN, this MMIC solution provides greatly improved repeatability due to the tighter fabrication tolerances over traditional coupler technologies. The direct line supports signals from DC to 22 GHz, with the coupled port providing 16dB coupling from 2 to 22 GHz. Directivity is nominally 19dB across the full bandwidth and exceeds 20dB over portions of the band. Evaluation boards are available and s-parameter files can be downloaded from Marki’s website. 2 to 26 GHz MMIC Power Divider with Excellent Return Loss
For high performance size-constrained applications requiring power splitting and combining we introduce the MPD-0226SM. Featuring a very wide 2 to 26 GHz bandwidth, this two-way MMIC splitter/combiner offers an exceptional 0.2dB of amplitude balance and 2deg of phase balance. Output port isolation and return loss were optimized for broadband applications that utilize the full 24GHz bandwidth, while offering additional improvement in select narrowband applications such as X-band with >20dB return loss and >25dB isolation. Packaged in a small 4x4 mm QFN, this MMIC solution provides greatly improved repeatability due to the tighter fabrication tolerances over traditional splitter technologies. Evaluation boards are available and s-parameter files can be downloaded direct from Marki’s website. Click here for more information.
