Huber+Shuner Introduces Flexible Alternatives to Semi-Rigid Microwave Cables up to 33 GHz

HUBER+SUHNER has introduced the Multiflex Series of microwave cables as a flexible alternative to semi-rigid cables. These flexible cables have exceptional phase vs. temperature performance and can be used where a flexible microwave cable is required for commercial and military airborne systems, communication systems, cellular base stations, satellite, ground systems. The Multiflex Series is available in three frequency options - 18 GHz, 30 GHz and 33 GHz.

The Multiflex coaxial cables operate over a wide temperature range and are ideal for phase stable applications. These cables have a silver-plated Copper outer conductor, silver-plated, copper-cladded Aluminium center conductor, a low-density fluorine polymer dielectric  and an FEP (Fluorinated ethylene propylene) jacket.

These cables have been designed to meet the MIL-DTL-17 standard.
