MACOM will debut their MMIC product and technology portfolio at the European Microwave Week, from 4 to 6 October in London, UK. Along with their new portfolio of MMICs, they will feature their revolutionary Gen 4 GaN on Silicon portfolio for RF Energy applications, and other industry leading, high-performance products at the show.
At Booth #207 they will showcase their new product solutions optimized for T&M, SATCOM, A&D, Wired Broadband and ISM applications, including live demonstrations:
- Wideband GaAs Power Amplifier: New 2 W GaAs power amplifier covering DC - 22 GHz with leading gain and power performance for T&M / A&D applications
- Wideband Voltage Controlled Oscillator: Demonstrating leading performance and functionality of their new platform of wideband VCOs, including octave band frequencies, lower phase noise, stable power over temperature and improved sensitivity for T&M / ISM applications
- 300 W Gen 4 GaN Power Transistor: Demonstrating MACOM’s Gen 4 GaN on Silicon for RF Energy in both solid-state cooking and plasma lighting RF applications
