Custom MMIC will be attending the European Microwave Week 2016 in London, from October 3rd to 7th. Their products will be on display with their UK representative, Aspen Electronics. Stop by the Aspen Electronics booth to learn about their advanced, high performance MMIC products covering frequencies from DC to 50 GHz including Amplifiers, Switches, Mixers and more. The products that they will be featuring at this event include:
DC-18 GHz SP3T and SP5T Non-reflective Switches
Leveraging a non-reflective design, the SP3T CMD234C4 provides high isolation of 40 dB at 10 GHz and very low insertion loss of 2 dB. The CMD234C4 includes an on board binary decoder circuit, requiring only 2 complimentary control voltage logic lines of 0/-5 V.
The SP5T CMD235C4, similar to the SP3T design, features a low power integrated 3:8 TTL decoder for enhanced digital control. The CMD235C4 provides low insertion loss of 2.5 dB and a high isolation of 40 dB at 10 GHz. Both the CMD235C4 and CMD234C4 come in small size and Pb-free RoHs compliant 4x4 SMT QFN packages, and have a switching speed of only 66 ns. The GaAs switches are well suited to test and measurement, military, and telecommunications applications.
DC-22 GHz and 2-22 GHz Distributed Amplifiers
Offering ultra wideband performance from DC to 22 GHz, the CMD240 is a GaAs MMIC amplifier with a noise figure down to 2.2 dB and a gain of 15 dB. The CMD240 demonstrates a 1 dB compression point of 19 dBm at 10 GHz and an output IP3 of 28 dBm with only 80 mA supply current. With slightly less current draw and a gain of 13.5 dB from 2 to 22 GHz, the CMD241 has a noise figure of 2.3 dB. The CMD241 features enhanced output power performance with an output P1dB of 21 dBm.
Conveniently, both the CMD240 and CMD241 are matched to 50 ohms, and the CMD241 includes on-chip DC block capacitors. These low-noise distributed amplifiers are a solid fit for military EW/SIGINT and test equipment applications.
26-35 GHz Balanced Driver Amplifier
In applications with very small size and high linearity requirements, the CMD243 wideband balanced driver amplifier offers 15.5 dB of gain and operates from 26 to 35 GHz. The CMD243 also provides an output P1dB of 21 dBm, a low noise figure of 4.4 dB and is 50 ohm matched. The CMD243 is ideal for communications, military, and space applications.
