Qorvo has announced that multiple leading smartphone manufacturers have selected the Company’s newest RF Fusion Mobile Wi-Fi integrated front end modules (iFEMs) to support upcoming flagship smartphone launches. The design wins reflect broad and growing adoption of Qorvo’s new iFEM architecture.
In addition to the smartphone design wins, Qorvo is also collaborating closely with a leading 4G LTE chipset provider to develop Qorvo iFEMs for their most advanced cellular reference designs.
Qorvo’s expanding Mobile Wi-Fi portfolio features:
- The QM48858 iFEM, which integrates the 5 GHz PA, 2.4 GHz BAW 5 Wi-Fi coexistence filter, LNA, switch, diplexer, and coupler, in a compact 3 x 3 mm package
- The QM48859 iFEM, which expands upon the capabilities of the QM48858 with advanced integration for antenna sharing designs
- The QM48861 iFEM, which expands upon the capabilities of the QM48859 by adding the 2.4 GHz PA
