- SKY12212-478LF - It is a high power handling, Single-Pole, Double-Throw (SPDT) silicon PIN diode switch. The device operates over the 50 MHz to 2.7 GHz band. It features low insertion loss, excellent power handling, and superb linearity with low DC power consumption. The SKY12212-478LF is well-suited for use as a high power transmit/receive switch in a variety of telecommunication systems such as WiMAX, TD-SCDMA, or LTE base stations. The device is provided in a 4 x 4 mm, 16-pin Quad Flat No-Lead (QFN) package.

- SE2435L - It is a RF Front-End Module designed for high-power ISM Band Applications from 860 to 930 MHz. It consists of an integrated Power Amplifier, Low Noise Amplifier with bypass and Antenna switch with Tx/Rx diversity functionality. This module operates over a wide supply voltage range from 2 to 4.8 Volts and has an integrated power amplifier with output power of 30 dBm. It has a noise figure of 2 dB, turn off/on time of less than 1 microsecond and sleep mode current of 1 microampere. This module is available in a 24-pin QFN NiPdAu plated package which measures 4 x 4 x 0.9 mm and is ideal for IoT, Smart meters, In-home appliances and Industrial applications.
- SKY65623-682LF - It is a MMIC front-end low-noise amplifier designed for Global Navigation Satellite System (GNSS) radio receiver applications. It delivers a gain of 16.5 dB with an IIP3 of -11.5 dBm and has a noise figure of 0.85 dB while operating from 1559 to 1606 MHz. The device requires a supply voltage of 1.5 to 3.6 volts while consuming only 1 mA of current and has a low shutdown current of 0.1 µA. It is available in a 0.8 x 0.8 mm surface mount, QFN package and is ideal for GPS/GLONASS/Galileo/Compass radio receivers, smartwatches and action camera applications.
- SKY66112-11 - It is a 2.4 GHz multimode front-end module (FEM) with an integrated antenna designed for ZigBee, Thread, and Bluetooth Smart applications. It has an integrated power amplifier with an output power of up to 21 dBm, a low noise amplifier with a noise figure of 2 dB and bypass path. The module has a single ended transmit/receive interface with a switching time of less than 800 ns. The device has an integrated inter-stage matching and a harmonic filter, with digital controls compatible with CMOS. It requires a supply voltage of 1.2 to 3.6 V and a sleep mode current of less than 1 micro Amp. The module is available in a 22-pin 3.5 x 3 x 0.965 mm package and is ideal for in-home applications, smart thermostats and sensors.
- SKY66113-11 - It is a 2.4 GHz fully-integrated RF front-end module that supports Bluetooth Low Energy/Bluetooth Smart, 802.15.4, Thread and ZigBee applications. The module has an integrated high gain, low-noise amplifier with transmit bypass path and digital controls. It operates on a wide supply voltage range from 1.7 to 3.6 V that allows the module to be used in battery powered applications. The solution has a fast switch on/off time of less than 2 microsecond. It is available in a 16-pin, 2.4 x 2.4 x 0.8 mm multi-chip module package and is ideal for voice assistants, sensors, beacons, smart watches, thermostats, wireless cameras/headphones, medical pendants, hearing aids and more.
