Spectrum is a very scarce and valuable resource, and that is especially true today with C-Band spectrum. Use of this spectrum provides carriers with the ability to deploy significantly better coverage than using high-band millimeter wave spectrum, and faster speeds and lower latency than low-band spectrum.
