LoRa is a long range, low power and secure wireless technology that is ideal for IoT applications. LoRa technology is being used to connected devices such as home appliances, cars, wearables etc. to the cloud. It operates in different frequency bands in different regions:

  • In Europe, LoRa operates in the 863 to 870 MHz Frequency Band
  • In the United States, LoRa operates in the 902 to 928 MHz Frequency Band
  • In Asia, LoRa operates in the 923 MHz Frequency Band
  • In South Korea, LoRa operates in the 920 to 923 MHz Frequency Band
  • In India, LoRa operates in the 865 to 867 MHz Frequency Band
