Amphenol Micro Coaxial (AMC) Connectors are surface mount miniature coaxial connectors that operate from DC to 6 GHz. These connectors are similar to and compatible with U.FL (Hirose) and I-PEX MHF connectors. They have a low profile, and an extremely small footprint. The part that is soldered on to the PCB board requires an area of only 3 x 3 mm and has a height of 2.5 mm when mated. These connectors are matched to 50 Ohms and can be used in a wide range of applications where space in limited.

Standard AMC Jumper Cables offer an AMC right angle plug to AMC right-angle plug on industry standard black 0.81mm, 1.13mm, 1.32mm, and 1.37mm Micro-Coaxial Cable. Custom solutions are available upon request. The coupling style of the AMC connector series is snap-on and thus provide for secure and easy mating.
