An Inner DC block is a passive coaxial component which prevents the flow of direct current (DC), while passing the RF signals energy. In an inner DC block, this is accomplished by placing a filtering capacitor in between the center conductor of a coaxial transmission line. As a capacitor just a DC block, these types of DC blocks also attenuate lower frequency signals close to DC, while only minimally impacting higher frequency signals.
