What is an Outer DC Block?

An outer DC block is similar to an Inner DC block and an Inner/Outer DC block, with the exception that an Outer DC block only has a capacitor in series with the outer conductor. This type of DC block would be chosen if only the DC energy and low frequency power on the outer conductor of a coaxial cable is a concern.
