What is the difference between Resolution Bandwidth and Analysis Bandwidth?

The resolution bandwidth defines the bandwidth of the IF filter that is used for a swept spectrum measurement. The analysis bandwidth defines the maximum bandwidth that can be recorded simultaneously with the analog-to-digital converter (ADC) used by the spectrum analyzer.
